How to enjoy: Make the classics: Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Whiskey Sour. Or Make an easy wind-down cocktail with ginger ale, ginger beer, or cola. Over here in Apple Country, we really like a Spiced Apple Cider: add 2 oz. Monday Whiskey, and 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, 2 oz. fresh apple cider in a shaker, add ice and shake to chill. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice. Stare into the fireplace.
Flavor profile: On the nose, butterscotch, raisin, and toasted brown sugar. The palate presents roasted coffee, rich caramel, and warm molasses. The finish is long with spicy heat down the middle and a hint of orange.
