The scent of the forest lingers in the air when you crack open a Spruce & Juniper IPA. Strong spruce and pine aromas meet your nose first with delicate herbaceous and grassy notes following shortly behind. This light amber-colored brew is slightly sweet, subtly bitter, and simply irresistible. True to its name, Spruce & Juniper is brewed with real spruce tips and juniper needles.
Brewer's Notes
Strong Juniper and Pine aromas lead the way, followed by a lean hop bitterness mingle with a complex malt build boasting notes of caramel and biscuit.
