NØLO Recipe: Pentire Coastal Spritz

Aperitifs are one of the fastest growing categories in the nonalcoholic space. For good reason -- they're easy, delicious, and perfect in social settings. The Pentire Coastal Spritz - featured in this recipe - is a delicious non-alcoholic aperitif. Of course, it's also simple to build, so Lazy Barkeeps like me can get on with having fun.

NØLO Recipe: The I Can't Even Bourbon

I'll be honest with you...this is basically a bourbon mule. BUT! I started making these at home at a time when things were...let's say...pretty rough. We'd just been hit by Hurricane Helene, were in the midst of figuring out whether or not to keep NØLO alive after losing all of our inventory and fixtures in the flooding. It was a lot, ya'all.  Enter the "I Can't Even".

NØLO Recipe: The Pentire Spicy Margarita

This drink is Pentire's take on the Margarita - and it fits my Lazy Barkeep parameters with only three easy ingredients. We think you'll love it and encourage you to adjust it to your taste!

NØLO Recipe: The Nøgroni

Welp, there are a bajillion booze-free combinations to make a Nøgroni at home, but here's one of our favorite combinations. Easy, breezy, and altogether booze-free-zy. Perfect anytime. And of course, it's great for all my fellow lazy barkeeps.

NØLO Recipe: Limonzero Marti-NØ

Are you a suave debonaire lemon lover? Welp, this is the cocktail for you. Gin, lemon intensity, and some sweetness come together beautifully in a sexy glass.

NØLO Recipe: La Batang-NA

This is a VERY delicious drink we didn't invent but that we make aaaaaallllllll the time and we know we're doing a very good job. Trust us, this one belongs in your booze-free bag of tricks. Clocking in at three easy ingredients, you know we love keeping it deliciously simple.

NØLO Recipe: Cava Limonada

Here's what we call a bright spot of sunshine. All at once punch-you-in-the-face lemony AND full of fun dry bubbles. And did we mention it's easier than easy to pull together?

NØLO Recipe: The Boulevardier

We most certainly didn't come up with this classic recipe. But we love us a Boulevardier. It's got all the boxes ticked: cool origin story, great flavor, and (BEST OF ALL) three easy ingredients.
