NØLO Recipe: Spring Forward, Elder

This is - other than the All the Bitter Margarita - the most popular cocktail we serve. You might think it's going to be too fruit-forward. Or too sweet. It's neither of those things. Think FRESH! Thing CRISPY! And you'll be right on the Spring Forward, Elder nose. 

The History

This recipe was one we created when we wanted a crispy pour that was a departure from the go-to G&T, but easy to build and refreshing to enjoy, no matter the season. The first time it was on the menu, we sold out as friends told friends about how delicious this Amethyst botanical-based cocktail is. 

All Amethyst botanicals are zero-sugar, so enjoy with confidence. 

Make It

Time to prepare: 5 minutes 

Add all ingredients to a cocktail mixer, stir once, and strain into the glass of your choice. Gently run hands over mint leaves to release the oils, then garnish with a mint sprig.

Pro tip: Get your guest in the mixology game by asking them how exuberant they'd like their mint, then garnish accordingly. You'll learn a lot about them and tailor their sipping experience in the process.
