NØLO Recipe: Champagne Cocktail

Do you like luxury? Do you crave drama? Are you lazy? I've got your cocktail right here. Use the driest sparkling wine you can, as the sugar adds sweetness. If you find a complex, yeasty, or biscuity white (and we've got a few), it's the perfect canvas for this delish delight.

NØLO Recipe: The Modified Americano

When you want the easiest-to-drink aperitivo, this is your sip. We make bittersweet aperitivo and vermouth brighter and blushy by adding Casamara Club's Super Classico. Perfect for aperitivo hour, before meals, or with savory apps and charcuterie.

NØLO Recipe: Spring Forward, Elder

One of the most popular cocktails we serve. You might think it's going to be too fruit-forward. Or too sweet. It's neither of those things. Think FRESH! Thing CRISPY! And you'll be right on the Spring Forward, Elder nose.

NØLO Recipe: Sparkling Sangria

Make a pitcher for a crowd, or a bit just for you. Sparkling and citrusy, laden with seasonal fruits, this is the cocktail that will raise the cheer of all the revelers you're responsible for satisfying. This recipe comes from our friends at Bittermilk, who are on a mission to simplify home craft cocktail making - a perfect cocktail to celebrate your sparkling good fortune.

NØLO Recipe: Charred Grapefruit Margarita

Just two ingredients that make for a simply excellent non-alc Margarita. We love this one's citrus-forward, easy-to-whip-up margarita that has just the right complexity to make you look like a bartending genius. This recipe comes from our friends at Bittermilk, a South Carolina-based company with deep roots in the restaurant and bar industry. Husband-and-wife team Joe and MariElena Raya sought to simplify the process of making craft cocktails at home. This cocktail proves they've met their mission.

NØLO Recipe: NAked Ward 8

Just when you thought you'd had enough of politics, this cocktail rebuilds your resilience - deliciously. The 2-ingredient whiskey cocktail you'll reach for when you're craving a smoky, citrusy cocktail to sip on. It couldn't be easier to feel like a political historian with this drink in your hand.

NØLO Recipe: buz n' tonic

This one couldn't be easier - a cocktail  that adds a bit of "I'm a mixologist" to the OG Bonbuz Bittersweet Citron, leaving you with something a bit sweeter, layered, and with a bit of tonic-y bite.  Bonbuz is like nothing else we stock on our shelves. Both the OG and her spicy sister, Slowburn, are functionals meant to give you a little lift while tasting absolutely delicious.

NØLO Recipe: Sol y Ceniza

This cocktail comes to us courtesy of Jason's favorite F1 driver, Louis Hamilton, and the entire team at Almave. Sol y ceniza translates to sun and ashes, which is what this smoky sip will bring to your palate.

NØLO Recipe: The Perfect Dry Marti-NA

Well, we get asked about martinis. A lot. And the truth is, there are many martini variations. They're personal, with or without alcohol. This recipe, originally created by Joshua James of San Francisco's wonderful sober hangout, the Ocean Beach Cafe, features Roots Divino Blanco - one of my all-time favorite sips.

NØLO Recipe: Vermouth Berry Currant

I love Vermouth Bianco for its slight sweetness and bite of wormwood. We generally just add tonic for a lazy-barkeep approved V&T, but something about the berries ripening on the vines along the edges of every trail around here makes us want to call it berry season already. Here's how we're sipping into berry season.

NØLO Recipe: All The Bitter Margarita

On the cusp of Cinco de Mayo, we're pining for the perfect Margarita. What we believe makes a perfect version are three factors: ease of building, the perfect balance, and - of course - it's got to be booze-free and batchable (so we can pour for more). This is the one. All credit for this recipe goes to Ian and Carly, founders at All The Bitter, for this wonderful rendition of the classic Margarita cocktail.

NØLO Recipe: Tequila Martini

This is a big departure from a traditional Martini, but it's a perfect Summer stand-in. We love this recipe because it checks a lot of our heart boxes. Easy to make? Check. Uses nonalc tequila? Check. Allow us to bring vermouth blanco/bianco into the mix? Check.  Trust me, this cocktail is a refreshed homage to the traditional Martini you'll mix up again and again.
