With ancient herbal remedies at its core, this modern "rosso" aperitif from Greece features bitter orange, gentian, and wormwood. Produced on the Greek island of Lesvos in the Aegean Sea, this non-alcoholic aperitif is crafted with top-notch Greek ingredients, including a base of wine. Using carefully selected botanicals, each Roots Divino vermouth variety pays tribute to centuries of tradition. Rosso offers a perfect balance of bittersweet flavors with prominent orange notes, complementing the drier Bianco expression. It's clean, fresh, bitter, and simply delicious.

This is the only wine-based zero proof aperitif | Handcrafted with greek bitter oranges and wormwood | Low Cal | Made in Greece | 23.7fl oz 700ml. ABV 0.0%

How to enjoy: Savor it over ice with tonic and a slice of orange, or enjoy it as a non-alcoholic spritz. We'd recommend Rosso for your next Non-alc Negroni: Fill your glass of choice with ice, add 1:1 Roots Divino Rosso & non-alcoholic bitter spirit (we like The Pathfinder for this cocktail), add 1/2 oz. NA Gin. Stir once. Garnish with orange zest and experience the bitter breeziness.

Flavor profile: infused orange, gentian, and wormwood, Roots Divino Aperitif Rosso is a robust Mediterranean vermouth that undergoes reverse osmosis, ensuring a gentle de-alcoholization process before bottling. The result? A full-bodied flavor profile that maintains its original sweetness.
