San Mon Non-alcoholic Prosecco

San Mon Prosecco is a sparkling non-alcoholic bubbly that’s perfect for celebrating special moments or for those times when you feel like a well-made and delicious glass of Prosecco, but without the alcohol.

Wife and husband producers, Cinzia and Umberto keep things simple:

These are two Prosecco growers (Le Vigne di Alice and Bellenda) at the top of their game from the Prosecco Superiore in the DOCG area of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, in the idyllic historical town of Vittorio Veneto, itself a gateway to the Dolomites.

How is it made? Most nonalcoholic wines are dealcoholized – not so here. Instead, San Mon is made with Glera grapes grown near the Dolomite with care and attention. After being harvested in crates to avoid breaking the bunches and to prevent unwanted fermentations, a gentle press follows, and, then, immediate refrigeration and micro-filtration of the must. Necessary sugars are added for preservation, and the wine is maintained at a low temperature until injecting natural CO2 and then bottling. 750 ml. 0.0% ABV. 

San Mon comes from real producers and their vineyards. In fact, it’s a great wine to blind taste your friends on with an alcohol-included Prosecco Extra Dry.

Flavor profile: Fine and persistent perlage; brilliant straw yellow in color, the nose
expresses fresh notes of golden apple and white peach. The finish is
savory and tapers off elegantly.
