Sovi Reserve Red is an elegant, savory bottle of nonalcoholic wine. This is a full-bodied red, one that answers the call for a VERY GOOD NA red. Silky in the glass with flavors of black plum, dried herbs & baking spices.
Sovi's goal with this Reserve Red is to craft the most serious and compelling non-alcoholic red wine possible. They've done a fantastic job hitting the mark. Their blend changes from year to year, but the style remains consistent: elegant and savory with complexity gained from the long oak-influenced aging process.
• In the bottle: blend of 2018 Tempranillo and 2023 Malbec
• Multi-vintage: 2018 + 2023 | Heringer Estates Vineyards | Clarksburg, CA
• Certified sustainably grown grapes, 100% herbicide free farming
• Fermented in stainless steel, aged in French and American oak
