A bittersweet, sunset-hued aperitivo built like a proper cocktail. 8oz format, cocktail-strength flavor.
Each botanical is extracted separately before blending. Italian chinotto, a bitter citrus grown along the Calabrian coast, opens bright and sharp alongside juniper. Orris root harvested from the roots of the iris flower provides a grounding, earthy bass note. Tart red currant lends acidity, not sweetness. Kola nut and allspice develop tannin structure. Bourbon-grade Madagascar vanilla rounds the finish.
How to enjoy:
- Drink it straight.
- Pour into a glass with ice and an orange slice.
- If your whiskey & soda is getting boring, try Superclasico instead of soda water or cola.
