How to enjoy: Use Rose Bergamot when a red bitter is called for. Also, try a Casablanca Rose: 1.5 oz Rose Bergamot, 1.5 oz Gin (we think Monday is a great option), 2 dashes orange bitters. Combine in mixing glass and stir to chill. Strained into a chilled Martini glass.
