Bittermilk's No. 5 Charred Grapefruit Tonic isn't your typical tonic! No.5 combines lime and lemon juice with cinchona bark, the source of quinine for tonic. Bittermilk peels fresh grapefruits and chars the skins to help bring out bitter yet refreshing notes.
Just a bit of South Carolina Bulls Bay Saltworks sea salt helps pull savory caramel notes and rounds out the flavor.

How to enjoy: Very versatile! Works well with any light spirit. May we suggest a Pinky Swear? Add 3 parts non-alcoholic Gin, 2 parts No. 5, and a good handful of fresh mint to an ice-filled shaker, shake well, and strain into a tall glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
