Liber & Co. Tropical Passionfruit Syrup is your one-way ticket to non-alc cocktail paradise! It's Ibiza but with drinks. This one is brilliantly lush with tangy flavor – if a tiki-glass is called for, she's your gal. Though exotic and rum-ready, Tropical Passionfruit Syrup pairs beautifully with a host of spirits – two favorites being dry gin and aromatic agave spirits.

How to enjoy: Add to your tropical concoctions. We're a fan of the Hurricane (you know, because Helene?): add 3/4 oz. Tropical Passionfruit Syrup, 2 oz dark rum, and 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice to a shaker, add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top with 1/4 oz Grenadine. Garnish with a cherry and lemon flag.
Flavor profile: Passionfruit is full of naturally occurring fruit acids, so a good measure of cane sugar is needed for balance. The second it's opened you'll enjoy the juicy aromas that leap from the bottle.
