Blind Tiger's Bee's Knees is a true Prohibition-era cocktail, reportedly invented by a bartender at the Ritz in Paris in 1921.
The history: Originally designed to mask the harshness of bathtub gin (cheap alcohol made during Prohibition) through the use of honey and lemon, it eventually became a renowned cocktail made in bars around the world today.
Blind Tiger is a non-alcoholic ready-to-drink cocktail brand that also makes the lazy barkeep shine when you use it as an easy classic mixer with non-alc cocktails. All-natural, organic, gluten-free and shelf-stable.
