A Cut Above delivers on good taste with this 0.0% Whiskey made in the style of Bourbon. The nose is sweet with notes of plum and a skosh of warm hops. On first sip, you'll taste rich tea, oak, and notes of sour cherry. Those flavors give way to peppercorn and lightly toasted malt. The finish on this spirit continues with the pepper and a hint of coffee, orange, and a light spice.
Flavor profile: made in the style of Bourbon. The nose is sweet with notes of plum and a touch of warm hops. On the initial sip young oak, rich tea, and sour cherry appear. Those flavors give way to peppercorn and lightly toasted malt. The warmth of the pepper lingers through to the swallow where mild nods of coffee and orange oil also appear.
