A Cut Above 0.0% Mezcal has all the natural of natural flavors you'd expect in your smoky agave....except alcohol! Cubeba pepper extract, chipotle pepper extract, Persian lime oil and then a bit of smoky goodness to make the most of your margaritas, mules, and montelobos.
Flavor profile: A smooth first sip, with present but not overwhelming smokiness. Citrus and vegetal notes. Roasted agave comes through mid palate with hints of ripe grapefruit and oak. A slightly floral finish with a mild spice and richness that keeps the flavors balanced.
