This one's made with juniper oil, cardamom, Turkish rose, Mexican lime, Californian lemon, Italian bergamot, angelica root and orange oils. With 0.0% alcohol, Cut Above Gin is never a headache and always delightful.
Flavor profile: Juniper forward with a herbal / botanical middle accompanied with notes of lemon. It is mildly oily and flavor rich with medium viscosity. Rose and a tinge of sweetness unveil in the middle. A slightly dry finish with minor spiciness that continues the balanced herbal experience.
Use when: recipes call for London Dry gin such as Tanqueray, Plymouth, or Hayman's.
