BOLLE Non-Alcoholic Blanc de Blancs took away the Gold Medal and 91 points at the Sommeliers competition in San Diego on the 22nd September, 2024.
BOLLE achieves a true wine experience because they're the only non alcoholic wine in the world to double ferment the juice. This unique method (for which BOLLE has the patents well advanced) ensures all the flavor comes from the grapes and the terroir - no added flavors, sugars or colors. In other words, pure wine the way it is supposed to be made.
Over 85% of people can't tell they're drinking a non-alc offering. 750 ml and < 0.5% ABV.
How to enjoy: Enjoy on its own, when celebrating, or anytime you're looking for an excellent sparkling white.
Flavor profile: Fine bubbles release an expressive bouquet of crisp apple, juicy pear, zesty citrus, and a whisper of toasted notes. Dry, fresh flavors with a rich finish. Well balanced with a touch of minerality.
