Noughty Non-Alcoholic Blanc

An expertly made Chardonnay/Chenin Still White Wine from South Africa. Crafted with precise proportions of 55% Chenin Blanc and 45% Chardonnay grapes, from dry-land farmed vineyards in the Western Cape region. The vineyards are strategically positioned on south-west facing hills to capture the refreshing ocean breeze and chilled Benguela current.

The grapes and juice undergo a 14-day fermentation process at a cool 14-15°C, carefully handled to prevent oxidation and lock in their fruity flavors. The wine then rests on its lees for 2 months, adding a layer of complexity. Finally, the wine is de-alcoholized using a unique and delicate spinning cone technology, maintaining its distinctive body, color, and flavor. 750ml. < 0.5% ABV.
