Saint Viviana Cabernet Sauvignon is a customer favorite here at Nolo. With a bright nose of ripe blackberry and plum, this one's rounded out by coffee, vanilla, and toast. The fruit continues in the palate with black currant, dark cherry, and baking spices. The wine is ripe and rich with a dusty cocoa powder finish and a palate clearing, robust tannin structure. 750ml. < 0.5% ABV.
How to enjoy: This Cabernet pairs well with steak, bolognese, and other richly flavored dishes - or pair it to your taste.
