Sovi's The Wild Child is a first of its kind for NA wine. Crafted from Pinot Gris grapes, this wine gets its gorgeous orange hue from extended skin contact during fermentation, a process that imparts tannins, texture, and complexity to the wine. Known as Ramato style, this method, traditionally used in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, creates a unique copper-colored wine that is both distinctive and whimsical. 750 ml and < 0.5% ABV.
