Inspired by the great Italian aperitivos, The Spirit of Milano is a perfectly balanced, non-alcoholic aperitif. It's bitter and bold with tastes of bitter orange, cinnamon, clove and rhubarb, plus vitamins B and amino acids to help elevate your mood and recharge your body. 750ml. ABV <0.5%
How to enjoy: Use to make non-alc Aperols or Negronis: build in a rocks glass over one big ice cube equal parts The Spirit of Milano, The Spirit of Gin, The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso. Stir and garnish with a twist of orange. Gaze wistfully into your future.
Flavor profile: The Spirit of Milano has a scent of pink fruit, pickled raspberries, and candied orange. Her palate is bitter rhubarb sourness with sweet cinnamon and clove, and this one's got a long dry finish with floral gentian and chamomile.
