Classic Gum Syrup, gum arabic gives the syrup a silky texture to create a truly luxurious syrup for your favorite non-alc cocktail.
This one's RICH. Whole sugarcane is crushed and its golden juice is left to evaporate slowly. What's left are large unrefined crystals of demerara sugar - full of raw cane flavor. 12.7 oz. ABV 0.0%
How to enjoy: Add to give depth to your "dark" cocktails or make a Non-Alc Autumnal Fizz: add 1/4 oz. Demerara Gum Syrup, 1 oz Gin alternative, 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice to a shaker, add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe and top with 2 oz sparkling apple cider. Garnish with a dried apple slice.
