Oddbird Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling white wine made from a blend of Chardonnay & Colombard grapes grown in light, stony clay and limestone in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Aged 12 months for a mature, complex wine. Honeyed nose, crisp fruit on the palate, with rich, velvety bubbles and a creamy brioche finish. 750ml. < 0.5% ABV.
How to enjoy: A great alternative to any alcoholic Blanc de Blancs or drink like you'd enjoy your favorite prosecco - pair it to your taste.
