Fernot is our herbal classic — bold, bitter, and ready for ritual. Serve it straight, over ice, or with soda for a sharp, satisfying pour. Built for craft cocktails, Fernot lends depth, bite, and backbone without the booze. Try it in a highball, an herbal sour, or toss it back in a bartender’s handshake. Inspired by the classic bouquet of herbs found in traditional fernets, our formulation delivers the complexity a true digestif without the alcohol. Fernot also intentionally excludes a few historic fernet ingredients — aloe ferox, angelica root, and wormwood — making it a thoughtful option for pregnant people and others who are advised to avoid those botanicals. Fernot’s approachable herbal profile works beautifully anywhere a classic fernet would, opening the door to inventive cocktails for any bar program or at-home mixologist, whether boozy or booze-free.
