Blutul Bianco is a de-alcoholized aperitif made from alcohol-free white wine and a white grape must concentrate, fortified with a wormwood-forward herb blend to make a great alcohol-free vermouth. Blutul is a family-owned producer from Bologna, Italy.
Blanco/Bianco vermouths are fortified wines that are lightly sweet and pale in color. They're sweeter than dry vermouth, and less sweet than ... you guessed it ... sweet vermouth. We favor Blanco/Bianco vermouth because we all deserve a bit of balance. <0.5% ABV and 750 ml
How to enjoy: Perfect as an addition to tea, coffee, or as an ingredient of a cocktail. Or make you and your bestest amigos a Tequila Martini by mixing Blanco Tequila, Blutul Bianco, lemon juice, and Orange Bitters, garnished with a twist of lemon.
