NØLO Recipe: Limonzero Marti-NØ

Are you a suave debonaire lemon lover? Welp, this is the cocktail for you. Gin, lemon intensity, and some sweetness come together beautifully in a sexy glass. Too sweet for you? Easy! Reduce the simple syrup as you see fit.

The History

Turns out the history of the Martini is shrouded in mystery. It's either a New York creation or a California creation ... but all mix-torians agree, it's been around since the 1880s. This recipe is pretty in line with the original Martini, in that it's more sweet than dry. The original Martinis featured ingredients like maraschino liqueur and simple syrup and, over time, evolved into the drier style we're accustomed to today.

Make It

< 0.5% ABV | Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake briskly. Strain into a martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Sip and call yourself double 0 citrus.
