NØLO Recipes

NØLO Recipe: FIGLIA Sole Sorghum Punch

FIGLIA Sole does most of the heavy lifting with its juicy Meyer lemon, peach, basil, and gentle botanical heat. Lemon sparkling water stretches it into an easy pitcher drink, while sorghum adds a little Appalachian sweetness without making the whole thing heavy. Simple enough for a random Tuesday and pretty enough to serve when friends stop by.

NØLO Recipe: Saint Heck Sumac Paloma

This zero-proof Paloma is tart, citrusy, lightly salty, and ridiculously refreshing. Saint Heck’s Sumac brings a bright, tangy botanical backbone, grapefruit soda adds bittersweet sparkle, and fresh lime keeps everything crisp.  The grapefruit citrus salted rim takes almost no effort and brings the whole drink to "wow, you're a mixologist!" territory.

NØLO Recipe: Fernot Mule

The Fernot Mule is bitter, botanical, gingery, and wildly refreshing. It combines our friends at Saint Heck’s Fernot with spicy Devil’s Foot Ginger Beer, a bright squeeze of lime, and an absolutely unreasonable amount of fresh mint.  And yes, the mint matters.

NØLO Recipe: Blue Ridge Manhattan

This Blue Ridge Manhattan is a mountain-infused version of the classic, combining zero-proof whiskey, Roots Rosso, and aromatic bitters for a rich, slow-sipping cocktail perfect for fireside evenings.

NØLO Recipe: Blackberry Basil Press

This blackberry basil press is fresh, herbaceous, lightly sweet, and wildly drinkable. With natural caffeine, it's a fantastic brunch-time go-to adapted from Drømme’s original Awake Blackberry Basil Press. A just-right, brings the sweet and the heat, zero-proof cocktail that feels fancy without requiring bartender-level ambition.

NØLO Recipe: Lime in da CocoNA

This frozen lime-coconut rum frozen cocktail tastes like pool weather in a glass. Inspired by a drink served at the Westin in St. John and recreated by our neighbors Heather and Geoff when they hosted us on Cinco de Mayo, this one immediately earned permanent summer rotation status. Bright lime, creamy coconut, crushed ice, and tropical zero-proof rum blend into something dangerously crushable.

NØLO Recipe: Smoldering Cherry

This smoky-sour cherry sip is adapted from Monday’s original Smoldering Cherry recipe. It’s bright, tart, lightly sweet, and has just enough smoke to make it qualify as a proper grown-up drank ... without overcomplicating your shopping list.

NØLO Recipe: The City That Sleeps

Complex and warming, with functionals to support a gentle wind-down. A cocktail that brings customer favorites together in a novel and layered way. Definitely a drink to savor, sipping on this one lets the complexity shine. This nightcap may find you perusing leather-bound books in your well-appointed library while a fire roars in the fireplace.

NØLO Recipe: Unloaded French 75

Festive, celebratory, and 1000% perfect for all my fellow lazy barkeeps out there. A cocktail made for clinking glasses or feeling fancy. When you have barely any energy but still want to make some magic. Cheers to easy clinking. 🥂

NØLO Recipe: Champagne Cocktail

Do you like luxury? Do you crave drama? Are you lazy? I've got your cocktail right here. Use the driest sparkling wine you can, as the sugar adds sweetness. If you find a complex, yeasty, or biscuity white (and we've got a few), it's the perfect canvas for this delish delight.

NØLO Recipe: The Modified Americano

When you want the easiest-to-drink aperitivo, this is your sip. We make bittersweet aperitivo and vermouth brighter and blushy by adding Casamara Club's Super Classico. Perfect for aperitivo hour, before meals, or with savory apps and charcuterie.

NØLO Recipe: Spring Forward, Elder

One of the most popular cocktails we serve. You might think it's going to be too fruit-forward. Or too sweet. It's neither of those things. Think FRESH! Thing CRISPY! And you'll be right on the Spring Forward, Elder nose.
